Howto install from subversion.

I plan to do some work on the wiki. I don't have a web-site to link to yet but that will follow soon. First I need to write a plugin and get qpsmtpd up and running so I can switch my mail over from the present providers.

This page comes up at the top of the index now. The namespace should have been users so I will probably change it.

I will wait for a few days for comments and then slowly start reorganizing the wiki as suggested on the front page.
